How do I check if my treatment is coverable?


Before visiting a clinic or hospital, please email Ulink Myanmar at claims@ulinkmyanmar.com with the following information:

  1. Name
  2. NRIC
  3. Policy number or company name
  4. Purpose of visit
  5. What surgery or procedure you intend to do (if applicable.)

Your agent or Ulink Myanmar will get back to you within 48 hours with more information on whether your treatment is coverable under your current policy.

How do I receive treatment at a panel clinic/hospital?


For non-emergency cases, please call Ulink Myanmar at +95 995 210 8822 to arrange for Ulink to issue an LOG to the panel clinic. An LOG is a Letter of Guarantee that notifies the clinic to collect payment from Ulink, instead of collecting payment from you. Ulink will verify your details and will send the LOG to the clinic and yourself upon confirmation. Please present a copy of the LOG to the clinic/hospital at the point of admission or registration to authorise the clinic staff to send an invoice for your medical charges to Ulink Myanmar. For emergency cases, please visit the nearest panel hospital/clinic and present your membership card for them to contact Ulink. Ulink will issue a LOG to the hospital/clinic. You can then proceed to enjoy treatment and the clinic/hospital will send an invoice for your medical charges to Ulink Myanmar.




After seeking treatment at a hospital, how do I submit a claim?

How do I check the status of my claim?

What is the difference between a panel clinic/hospital versus a non-panel clinic/hospital?


Ulink Myanmar can issue a letter of gurantee (LOG) to a panel clinic/hospital. This means that if the treatment is coverable under your insurance policy, you do not have to pay the clinic/hospital. Instead, the clinic/hospital will invoice Ulink directly for your medical charges.

Ulink Myanmar will not issue an LOG to a non-panel clinic/hospital. If you prefer to visit a non-panel clinic/hospital, please pay the clinic’s invoice. Thereafter, you may submit a claim for the medical charges through email for reimbursement.
