When will I receive the reimbursement for my claim?
- Eligible claims with all completed information/documentation will generally be reimbursed within 10 working days from receipt of the claim. However, it may take more than specified period for incomplete claims.
- Reimbursement of eligible claims will be made directly to the insured member’s bank account (KBZ / CB / AYA only) by wire transfer/cheque.
